Reserve safety and special teams player Jon McGraw agreed to contract terms with the Chiefs.

McGraw was one of six Chiefs unrestricted free agents and may be the only one they make a strong effort to retain. McGraw is the type of player valued by new GM Scott Pioli.
He is a versatile safety and also plays well on special teams, something the Chiefs might value more under Pioli and coach Todd Haley than they have in recent years.

The other Chiefs UFAS: defensive end Jason Babin, linebackers Rocky Boiman and Pat Thomas, Oliver Celestin and offensive lineman Adrian Jones.
