Dante has been to one. No other current Chiefs QB, healthy or otherwise, can say that. I would think that would be all the indication you need to sign this guy; I don't care what he's asking for! SIGN HIM! What's the worst that could happen? We loose games?? Oh well...

And no, he's not the future. But we don't have a future as of last Sunday at QB. The pegged "future" of the team limped off the field from a tough hit. I feel for BC, that sucked! But why not go for right now? It might get a few more fans out to the stadium if you sign a big name like DC. Certainly not going to get that with Quinn Gray (who?).

r w wendel .....just a QB! Why did the Chiefs put "the cart before the horse" ? Just like the Royals with John Buck, the most valuable position on the field is held by a no name......a player barely able to make a roster and a non factor....this is the $$$$$ position folks!!! Sorry, gonna have to call "Big Bull" on this one. I don't believe Carl will ever leave this cozy situation. Just like Whitlock has said, the Hunt family has been fooled by his charms. Carl will stay as long as he possibly can. Which, at present course heading, seems like will go on until Carl starts looking like Al Davis!

He may be fat, dumb, and happy but he is smart enough to know that he doesn't want to play here. Change top management and maybe then we will be able to draft well, get good free agents, and develop young talent and get this thing going in the right direction.

I have to agree with this commentary, lets get a GM here that KNOWS football. It seems in the past years that the Hunt's have only been interested in the bottom line, this is the only excuse I can think of of keep Peterson, obvisously he does not know how to build and KEEP a team. Let me see 15 years, hmmmm no he does not know football as it is need in KC. So Clark, lets get off the pot and get some FOOTBALL people to direct at team that has a great history. Lenny and the guys should be hiding their faces at what has become of the Kansas City Chiefs. Were the the WOOF PACK when they are needed.

With out a FOOTBALL minded front office and head coach WE ARE DOOMED!!
