Here's how little the Chiefs think of linebacker Napoleon Harris, one of their big free-agent signings from last year: He's inactive again for today's game.

With Donnie Edwards out with his ankle injury, the Chiefs are dressing five linebackers. Today's two reserves are Weston Dacus and Erik Walden.

Think about that one for a minute. The Chiefs would rather play against the league's highest-scoring offensive team with two rookies, one fresh off the practice squad, rather than a veteran like Harris on their bench.

The Chiefs will eventually say it's more about special teams, that Walden and Dacus are better special teams players. But as bad as the Chiefs have been at LB this season, if they thought Harris could play, he's be in uniform.
