Tom Brady's injury situation has to be a little more interesting to the Chiefs with every passing day. While it's hard to imagine Brady wouldn't be ready to play against the Chiefs on opening day, the possibility apparently exists.

Brady hasn't played in either of New England's preseason games. Neither has he practiced since last week. If he's not somewhere close to 100 percent by the time the Chiefs head to New England, would the Patriots risk playing him knowing a full season plus playoffs lie ahead?

Interesting question. Here's a better one: What kind of break would that be for the Chiefs if they get to face Matt Cassel instead of Brady?
